Annapolis, Md. — The John Jay College of Criminal Justice rifle team was defeated by the United States Naval Academy in small bore and air rifle on Saturday as the Bloodhounds were downed in small bore 2283-2091 and 2336-2995 in air rifle.
In small bore,
Stephen Zawislak (Valley Stream, NY, Valley Stream South) led the way with a 563, followed by
Stephen Wilson (Freeport, NY, Freeport) with a 559.
Jenna Hansen (Middletown, NY, Middletown) fired a 544 and
Janet Pepple (Bronx, NY, Herbert H. Lehman) a 425.
Wilson led the way for John Jay in air rifle with a 567, followed by Hansen with a 566. Zawislak scored a 556 and Peeple a 506.
