USTA National Tennis Center
The United State Tennis Association (USTA) National Tennis Center is home to the Bloodhounds men's and women's tennis teams. Also known as Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, it is the home of the US Open Grand Slam tennis tournament played every year in August and September. Operated by the USTA since 1978, the facility has 22 courts inside its 46.5 acres and 11 in the adjoining park. The complex's three stadia are among the largest tennis stadia in the world, with Arthur Ashe Stadium topping the global list with a listed capacity of 23,200.

By Car
From New York City: Take the RFK Bridge (formerly Triborough) to the Grand Central Parkway East. Exit the Grand Central Parkway East at Exit 9E – I-678/RT-25A East/Northern Boulevard East. Then take the Citi Field Stadium exit. At the traffic light, make a right onto Stadium Road. Take that road straight through the traffic light and make a left at the second stop sign. The USTA National Tennis Center is located on your right.
From Brooklyn: Take the Brooklyn–Queens Expressway (BQE) to the Grand Central Parkway East. Exit the Grand Central Parkway East at Exit 9E – I-678/RT-25A East/Northern Boulevard East. Then take the Citi Field Stadium exit. At the traffic light, make a right onto Stadium Road. From Long Island:Â Take the Long Island Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway (West), exit at the Tennis Center exit 9P. At the end of the exit ramp make a left. Then at stop sign make a right onto Meridian Road. The USTA National Tennis Center is located on your right.Â
Or take the Long Island Expressway (West) exit at College Point Blvd. Take College Point Blvd. to Avery Avenue, making a left onto Avery Avenue. Go to the corner stop sign and make a right. Follow that road till you get to a stop sign and make a right. Go straight and The USTA National Tennis Center is located on your left.
From Connecticut/Westchester: Take I-95 to the Whitestone Bridge to the Grand Central Parkway and follow the signs to Exit 25 A East, Northern Blvd./Citi Field Stadium.
From Northern New Jersey: Take the George Washington Bridge to the Major Deegan Expressway (South). Then take the RFK Bridge (formerly Triborough) to the Grand Central Parkway East. By Subway
Take the IRT #7 Flushing subway from either Times Square or Grand Central to the Citi Field/Willets Point Station. The USTA National Tennis Center is about a three-minute walk down the ramp from the station.
OR: Take the IND "E" or "F" trains to Roosevelt Avenue and transfer upstairs to the IRT #7 train (Flushing bound) subway to the Citi Field/Willets Point Station. The USTA National Tennis Center is about a three-minute walk down the ramp from the station.
