New York, N.Y.- In a CUNYAC quarterfinal preview, the John Jay men's soccer team held their own against the first place Beavers as the Bloodhounds lost a close one, losing 1-0 to CCNY on Randall's Island on Saturday afternoon.

The Bloodhounds end the regular season with a 2-13-2 (1-5-2 CUNYAC) record, and an eighth place finish in the conference. They will return to action on Wed. Oct. 25 to face CCNY once again, in quarterfinal round action of the 2006 CUNYAC post-season tournament at the Metropolitan Oval at a time still to be determined.
