Newbugh, N.Y.- The John Jay women's tennis team fell 8-1 at Mt. St. Mary's on Saturday afternoon. Elizabeth Cyran (Woodridge, NJ/ Paramus Catholic) was the lone winner for the Bloodhounds, winning at No. 2, while Ariadna DiFabrizio (Mendoza, Argentina/ Cobble Hill) lost a close one at No. 4.

The Bloodhounds will return to action on Tue. Sept. 26 against CCNY at the Queens College Tennis Complex at 4 p.m.
