Westbury, N.Y.- The John Jay College men's soccer team fell 5-0 at SUNY Old Westbury losing to the Panthers, 5-0 on Wednesday evening.

The loss now leaves the Bloodhounds at 2-8-0 on the season.

The host Panthers got on the board early in the first half on a goal 11:16 into the contest, and  that proved to be enough as John Jay endured their seventh shutout this season.

The Bloodhounds were outshot 22-5 in the contest, and salvaged two shots on goal, both of which came off the foot of Slawomir Balon (Brooklyn, NY/ Fort Hamilton).

Edwin Casas (Bogota, Colombia/ South Side) and Alexander Callejas (Ellenville, NY/ John S Burke Catholic) split the time in net and combined for seven saves.

Callejas started in net and allowed one goal, while making two saves in 21:20 of action, while Casas played the remaining 68:40 and made five saves and allowed four goals.
