Bloodhounds Hold Tight but Give way Late to No. 23 RPI

Box Score Tampa, Fl -- The John Jay baseball team fell to nationally ranked Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) on Thursday afternoon as the Bloodhounds fell to RPI 10-3. The Bloodhounds took a 3-0 lead in the fourth inning and led most of the way. But RPI took the lead for good in the sevnth as they went up 5-3. Then RPI got five more across in the ninth to leave John Jay at 0-4 on the season. The Bloodhounds return to action on Fri. against SUNY IT at 10:30 a.m.
