Box Score Purchase, N.Y.— The John Jay women’s tennis team lost on Saturday afternoon as the Bloodhounds were defeated by Manhattanville College 9-0. The Bloodhounds got another solid performance out of Daisy Rivera (Bronx, NY / HS of Law, Gvt. and Justice), who lost for only the second time this season. In first flight she was defeated 6-4, 6-4.  John Jay, now 1-6 (1-2 CUNYAC) will return to action on Tue. Oct 2 against Hunter College at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center at 4 p.m.
