RESULTS
New York, N.Y.— The John Jay women's swimming team was defeated by Hunter College, 66-28, at Hunter College on Thursday evening as the Bloodhounds fall to 1-2 (0-2 CUNYAC) this season.
The host Hawks finished first in each race which enabled them to take a large lead early before swimming the final three events as exhibition.
The Bloodhounds finished second in several events, including the 1000 yard freestyle where
Kaili Insalaco was second (14:06.45) and
Jezebel Erazo was second in the 100 yard butterfly (1:26.21).
John Jay received first place points in the final two events, including the 100 yard breaststroke and 200 yard free relay.
John Jay returns to action on Monday November 22 at Lehman College at 6 p.m.
