Virginia Beach, Va.— The John Jay softball team ended a two day trip to Virginia Beach with a 1-3 record at the Virginia Beach Blast games. The Bloodhounds lost two games on Friday and split a pair on Saturday. John Jay's win was an 18-14 victory over Gallaudet College on Saturday capped off by a grand slam homerun in the seventh by Krystal Class. In the three other games, John Jay lost 12-2 to Albright College, 12-10 to Pitt-Greensburgh and 14-0 to Emory & Henry College. More details will follow in the coming days.
