Men's Soccer Plays SUNY Maritime to Scoreless Tie

Throggs Neck, N.Y.— The John Jay men's soccer team played to a 0-0 tie with SUNY Maritime on Monday evening.

The tie leaves John Jay at 1-7-2 overall this season.

The host Privateers outshot the Bloodhounds 22-9 in the contest, including 17-9 during regulation play. SUNY Maritime held a 5-0 advantage on shots during the overtime sessions.

John Jay got a game-high four shots from Edward Gonzalez, while Navid Allah Morad fired three.

Vitecha Vochaon made nine saves for the Bloodhounds.
