Canton, N.Y.— Playing another elite team for the second time in as many days, the John Jay women's soccer team was held without a goal as the Bloodhounds fell 6-0 to Clarkson University in day two of the North Country / Lotto Women's Soccer tournament hosted by St. Lawrence University.
The loss drops the Bloodhounds to 0-2-0 overall on the young season.
Clarkson registered 59 shots in the game (30 in the first half, 29 in the second half) and held a 13-0 edge over the Bloodhounds on corner kicks.

Andrea Antoni made 22 saves in the contest, limiting Clarkson to three goals in each half.
Clarkson's Anna Demasi had a pair of goals to lead the Golden Knights.
John Jay returns to action on Wednesday for a contest at SUNY Maritime at 4 p.m.
