The women's soccer team fell to Maritime College, 1-0, on Wednesday evening in Throggs Neck, NY. The Bloodhounds drop to 1-9 on the season while the Privateers improve to 5-5 overall.
The Privateers' lone goal came in the 60th minute of play. Maritime outshot John Jay 10-7 in the contest.

Katelyn Davis led the Bloodhounds with three shots and two shots on goal.
The Bloodhounds are back in action on Saturday, October 4, when they head to the College of Staten Island for a conference match at 12pm.
