Box Score The men's tennis team lost its first match of the season, 7-2, to Farmingdale State College on Saturday afternoon at the USTA National Tennis Center. The Bloodhounds start the season 0-1 and the Rams improve to 2-1 overall.
John Jay quickly fell behind 3-0 after losing the doubles matches. The Bloodhounds got its first singles win at #3 when sophomore
Greg Gon won 1-6, 6-1, 6-2. A short time later,
Frantisek Demek defeated Farmingdale's #4, 6-2, 7-6 (7-2).
