Men's Tennis Drops Match to Brooklyn College

Box Score The men's tennis team lost, 6-3, to Brooklyn College on Friday afternoon in Brooklyn, NY. The Bloodhounds drop to 0-2 on the season and 0-1 in the CUNY Athletic Conference. The Bulldogs win their first match of the season.  

John Jay's #2 doubles, Luis Chirinos and Frantisek Demek, defeated Brooklyn's #2, 8-6, to give Brooklyn a 2-1 advantage heading into singles play. 

Chirinos, playing at #3, won his singles match 6-0, 6-1. The Bloodhounds other win came at #4 when Demek won 7-6, 6-2.
