Box Score The women's soccer team fell to the College of Staten Island, 3-0, on senior day on Saturday afternoon at Randall's Island. The Bloodhounds drop to 7-8-1 overall and finish with a 4-1-1 conference record. The Dolphins improve to 11-5-1 and will be the number one seed after going 5-0-1 in CUNYAC. 

Head coach Casey Sommers started all 10 seniors. Senior Nicole DiNardo got the start in goal and senior Kali Moss saw her first action since her season-ending injury on September 6th. 

Staten Island took a 1-0 lead after the first half. The Dolphins added two goals in the second period. Senior Kelli Doherty made 11 saves. Freshman Kimberly Robledo finished with a team-high two shots and senior Alexis Castillo recorded John Jay's lone shot on goal. 

Before the match, the Athletics Department honored its 10 seniors Zola Campbell, Alexis Castillo, May Dempsey, Nicole DiNardo, Kelli Doherty, Carol Flores, Kali Moss, Marley Norton, Kayla Talbot, and Camila Vasquez. 

#2 John Jay will host #3 Lehman College on Wednesday, November 1, at Randall's Island. Time and field number will be posted early next week. The Bloodhounds defeated the Lightning, 1-0, in their only meeting.
