Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 | Box Score 3 | Box Score 4 The softball team started the 2017 season in the Fastpitch Dreams Spring Classic in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The Bloodhounds lost all eight games. 


Game 1: Rhode Island College 10 - John Jay 3 (Box Score)
In her first collegiate game, Jessica Barbaria went 4-for-4 with an RBI. Jennifer Pace finished 1-for-2 with two runs and two walks. Lisa Pellegrino and Ashley Quinones picked up an RBI each. 


Game 2: Rhode Island College 14 - John Jay 0 (Box Score)
Jessica Barbaria registered John Jay's lone hit. Michelle Atiq drew a walk. Devika Prashad pitched two innings and did not allow an earned run. 


Game 3: Penn State Harrisburg 16 - John Jay 0 (Box Score)
Jessica Barbaria and Mariela Guzman picked up a hit each. Jennifer Pace drew a walk. 


Game 4: Cedar Crest College 8 - John Jay 2 (Box Score)
Lisa Pellegrino and Michelle Atiq recorded two hits and one RBI each. Jennifer Pace had two walks. Mariela Guzman registered a hit. Pellegrino threw a complete game. 


Game 5: SUNY Poly 6 - John Jay 5 (Box Score)
Ashley Quinones recorded an RBI single in the fourth inning to tie the game, 1-1. Down by five in the last inning, Jessica Barbaria picked up a two-out RBI single and Lisa Pellegrino followed with a bases clearing three-run double. Pellegrino pitched a complete game. 


Game 6: Medaille College 22 - John Jay 1 (Box Score)
Lisa Pellegrino, Mariela Guzman, and Inelza Salcedo registered hits. Guzman scored John Jay's lone run. 


Game 7: Eureka College 18 - John Jay 4 (Box Score)
Ashley Quinones collected one hit and two RBI's. Jennifer Pace went 1-1 with one run and two walks. 


Game 8: Mount Aloysius College 18 - John Jay 0 (Box Score)
Lisa Pellegrino picked up John Jay's lone hit. 


The Bloodhounds travel to SUNY Old Westbury on Wednesday, March 15, for a non-conference doubleheader starting at 3:00 pm.
