RESULTS
The women's swimming team fell to the College of Staten Island, 113-91, on Tuesday evening in Staten Island. The Bloodhounds drop to 3-5 on the season and 2-3 in the CUNY Athletic Conference. The Dolphins improve to 3-7 overall and 3-2 in the conference.
Bokey Wong recorded two first-place finishes for John Jay. The senior swam the 200 IM and 100 breast in times of 2:39.50 and 1:23.61, respectively. Freshman
Alexi Achtyl placed first in the 200 free with a time of 2:21.28.
In the last event, the 200 free relay, the tandem of Achtyl, junior
Mavis Ma, Wong, and freshman
Isabella Heitz finished in first in 2:00.54.
The Bloodhounds' last conference meet of the season is Friday, January 19, against Lehman College at 6:00 pm in the Bronx.
