The women's swim team lost two matches on Monday evening in Staten Island, NY. The Bloodhounds lost to the College of Staten Island, 111-95, and Kean University, 107-84. John Jay falls to 3-6 on the season and 1-3 in the CUNY Athletic Conference.
The Bloodhounds picked up their first top finish in the fifth event when freshman
Maya Chedraoui swam the 200-yard IM in a time of 2:35.81. Three events later, sophomore
Isabella Heitz placed first in the 100-free in 1:01.10.
The Bloodhounds travel to York College on Thursday, January 17, for a conference match at 6:30 pm.
