RESULTS
The women's swimming team fell to Baruch College, 103-77, on Wednesday evening in New York, NY. The Bloodhounds drop to 1-2 on the season and 0-2 in the CUNY Athletic Conference. The Bearcats improve to 7-4 overall and 2-0 in the conference.
John Jay's first individual finish came in the 100 free when freshman
Monique Souza placed first with a time of 1:11.39.
In the final event of the night, the tandem of freshmen
Daisy Hernandez,
Adriana Guzman, and
Samara Pettie, and senior
Sol Astudillo picked up seven points in the 200 free relay in 2:56.03.
The Bloodhounds face Brooklyn College on Friday, January 10, in a conference meet.
