The men's tennis team cruised to an 8-1 victory over York College on Wednesday afternoon in Jamaica, NY. The Bloodhounds end the regular season with an overall record of 3-6 and conference record of 2-4. The Cardinals drop to 0-11 and 0-6 in CUNYAC. 

John Jay swept all three doubles matches. The tandems of freshmen Ahror Muminov & Terry Park (No. 1) and junior Michael Barkagan & sophomore Steve Guedes (No. 2) did not drop a game. The duo of sophomore Sean Kim and freshman Shubbham Puri won in the third spot, 8-1. 

Muminov and Park both recorded victories in their matches at number one and two, respectively, 6-1, 6-0. Guedes (No. 5) and Puri (No. 6) picked up wins in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0. Kim was victorious in the fourth spot 6-2, 6-1. 

The #5 Bloodhounds gear up for the opening round of the CUNYAC Postseason Tournament on Friday, April 26, when they face #4 Hunter College at 6:30 pm at Alley Pond Park.
