Chose John Jay because "I've always wanted to come here since I was kid because my mom was a student here but she didn't graduate. I was familiar with the area because she's in and out the hospital across the street a lot, and the fact that it has the best criminal justice program in the country is a plus."
Interesting facts: I've been my mom's primary caretaker since my freshman year of high school. I've been a swimmer since I was 6, I've swam with and presented an award to Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps. I've been played softball since 12, I was the only freshman on my high school varsity softball team.
