Jon Perez has been broadcasting games on the Bloodhounds Sports Network since 2013 calling Bloodhounds basketball, volleyball, baseball and softball. Throughout his time, he has also been the Master of Ceremonies for John Jay events such as the Hall of Fame and Banquet dinners. 

Perez has also been the voice behind the CUNYAC Championships and was in the booth when John Jay's women's soccer team captured the 2025 CUNYAC Title, women's volleyball in 2025 and the men's basketball team's CUNYAC title in 2024-25. 

In addition to his role with the Bloodhound Sports Network, Perez is woven into the fabric of high school sports in the New York metro area calling championships for the CHSAA, PSAL and NJSIAA.

He can also be heard on B10+ for Rutgers and Flo College broadcasting for local colleges such as Queens College & Stony Brook University.
