Wayne, N.J.- The John Jay women's volleyball team lost in three straight at  William Paterson College (30-23, 30-21, 30-25) on Thursday evening.

The loss drops John Jay to 5-16 on the season.

Sara Altimarano (Bronx, NY/ John F. Kennedy) paced the Bloodhounds with 10 kills, three service aces, and six digs, while Jennifer Gonzalez (Bronx, NY/ Jane Addams Vocational) knocked down seven kills and picked up a team-high seven digs.

John Jay will return to action on Tue. Oct. 17 for a home match with conference foe the College of Staten Island at 6 p.m.
