New York, N.Y.--- The John Jay men's basketball team fell to Baruch College losing to the Bearcats 55-48 at Baruch on Tuesday evening.

Alex Valerio (Flushing, NY/ Francis Lewis) and Matt Collins (Glendale, NY/ Christ the King) recorded a team co-high of 10 points in the contest, while Kelvin Luna (Corona, NY/ Flushing) chipped in with nine.

The Bloodhounds shot 29 percent in the contest and were outrebounded 45-30. Valerio recorded a team-high seven rebounds in the game.

John Jay will return to action  on Thu. Dec. 7 at Hunter College at 5 p.m.
