Women's Volleyball Lose in Three Straight at William Paterson

Wayne, N.J.— The John Jay women’s volleyball team fell on the road Thursday evening as the Bloodhounds lost to William Paterson University 3-0. They lost by scores of 25-18, 25-11, 25-13.
 
John Jay is now 4-18 this season.
 
Tatyana Yachnik paced the Bloodhounds with six kills, while teammate Erica Lee had three in the contest. Katherine Higuera-McCoy, Zadoora Carson and Justyna Kopec each added two for the Bloodhounds.
 
Higuera-McCoy had eight digs for John Jay, while Andrea Medina had a game-high 14.
 
John Jay returns to action on Mon. Oct. 13 for a conference multi match at Hunter College. The Bloodhounds will face York College at 9 a.m. and Brooklyn College at 11 a.m.
