Women’s Volleyball Loses Heartbreaker at St. Elizabeth’s

Hackettstown, N.J. --- The John Jay women’s volleyball team lost a five set thriller on the road Thursday losing to the College of St. Elizabeth by scores of 25-27, 25-20, 18-25, 25-17, 13-15.

Tatyana Yachnik led the way for the Bloodhounds with 12 kills, while Justyna Kopec added eight. Zadoora Carson had seven kills in the match. Katherine Higuera-McCoy had a team-high 13 kills Crystal Reyes had three service aces for John Jay who had 12 service aces.

The Bloodhounds had a .056 attack percentage and 29 assists, 26 of which came from Anjanette Perez.
