New York, N.Y.— The John Jay women’s volleyball team fell to under .500 in conference play on Tuesday evening as the Bloodhounds were defeated in three straight to Baruch College, losing by scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-9.
The Bloodhounds are now 2-8 (1-2 CUNYAC) on the season.
Tatyana Yachnik led the Bloodhounds on the evening with a team-high four kills to go along with three digs. Fellow teammate Parker Griffin added three kills for the Bloodhounds, who had 11 kills on the evening.
John Jay returns to action on Thu. Sept. 18 for a home match with Mt. St. Mary’s at 7 p.m.
