Montclair, N.J.— The John Jay women's volleyball team was defeated by Montclair State, 3-0 (10-25, 13-25, 7-25) on Saturday.
John Jay is now 0-15 overall this season.
The Bloodhounds were led by
Martina Hot with four kills and two service aces, while
Kathleen Estevez had two kills.
Renauta Sailsman had six digs, while Rocia Chavira had five.
Montclair State was led by Sara Girgus with six kills. The host Red Hawks nailed 17 service aces in the match and were led by Angela Campo with four.
John Jay is back in action on Tuesday for a match at the College of St. Elizabeth.
