Wayne, N.J.— The John Jay women's volleyball team was defeated by William Paterson University 3-0 (13-25, 11-25, 12-25) on Thursday evening.
 
The Bloodhounds were led by Martina Hot with five kills, while Dulce Aybar added three.
 
Kathleen Estevez and Hakimah Lovell-McFee had two kills each. Rocio Chavira had a team-high seven digs, while Estevez had six.
 
John Jay wraps up the 2011 regular season on Saturday with a match at St. Joseph's-Long Island at 12 p.m.
