New York, N.Y.— The John Jay women's volleyball team was defeated by Hunter College 3-0 (5-25, 4-25, 15-25) at the Hunter Sportsplex on Tuesday evening.

John Jay is now 0-9 (0-4 CUNYAC) this season.

Martina Hot led the Bloodhounds with four kills in the match, while Kathleen Estevez had three, along with a team best eight digs.

Katherine Bonilla had 11 assists, while Rocio Chivera added six digs.

Hunter College was led by Christine Luebcke and Malloy Gruber with six kills each.
