NEW YORK, N.Y.— The John Jay men's volleyball team earned its third straight win as the Bloodhounds beat Cooper Union College on Saturday afternoon (25-0, 21-25, 25-19, 26-24) at Simon Baruch Middle School.
The win improves John Jay's record to 4-7 overall.
The Bloodhounds were led by
Frankie Galang with seven kills and five service aces, while
Oshea Alexander and
Jack Palleschi had six kills each. Palleschi added two solo blocks and two block assists, while Alexander had one solo block and one block assist.
Nicholas Anderson offered 23 assists and had four service aces.
John Jay returns to action on Tuesday for a match at Brooklyn College at 6:30 p.m.
