Men's Volleyball Falls in Four to Mt. St. Vincent

NEW YORK, N.Y.— The John Jay men's volleyball team was defeated by the College of Mount Saint Vincent (CMSV) 3-1 at the Doghouse on Monday evening.
 
The loss drops the Bloodhounds to 1-6 overall this season, while CMSV improves to 4-11.
 
John Jay was led by Yevgeniy Remennik with 16 kills and 11 digs, while Korede Griffith and Jack Palleschi had six kills each. Griffith added five digs and two block assists, while Palleschi had nine digs, two solo blocks and two block assists. Meanwhile Oshea Alexander had a pair of service aces and a block assist. Nicholas Anderson had 29 assists for John Jay.
 
CMSV was led by Brett Holiday with a match-high 17 kills, while Dylan Lolli had 16 kills. James DiGiovanni had 43 assists, 11 service aces and five digs and two block assists.
 
John Jay returns to action on Wed. Mar. 6 for a home match against Hunter College at 6 p.m.
