Box Score 2 The women's volleyball team dropped both its matches to the Lightning of Lehman and the York Cardinals on Saturday afternoon as part of the season-opening CUNYAC Multi-Match, held at York College.
The Bloodhounds record now stands at 0-7 while the Lightning and Cardinals improve to 5-2 and 1-5, respectively.
In the first match, the Lightning defeated the Bloodhounds, 3-0. John Jay then lost its second match, 3-2 to York.
The Bloodhounds hit the road for a two-match road trip on Tuesday, September 17 at Medgar Evers and Thursday, September 19 at the College of Staten Island.
