The women's basketball team lost to Ramapo College, 61-30, in a non-conference game on Sunday afternoon in Mahwah, NJ. The Bloodhounds fall to 1-7 on the season. The Roadrunners improve to 4-5 overall.

Terri Chu led the Bloodhounds with 11 points, on 3-for-5 shooting from behind the arc, and two steals. Sophomore
Brianna Cunningham had six points, a game-high 15 rebounds, and team-high three steals. Junior
Amanda Jimenez picked up 11 rebounds, including six offensive. Sophomore
Josephine Diaz dished out a team-high four assists and freshman
Victoria Royal grabbed five rebounds and had John Jay's lone block.
Ramapo finished the game shooting 22-for-58 (37.9%) from the field. John Jay shot 20.4% from the floor.
The Bloodhounds' next game will be on Friday, January 2, 2014 at 5:00pm. The location of the game is TBD.
