Box Score The men's volleyball team fell to Hunter College, 3-0 (25-23, 25-15, 25-23), on Tuesday night at the Doghouse. The Bloodhounds fall to 3-10 on the season and 1-7 in CUNYAC. The Hawks improve to 7-8 overall and 5-1 in the conference.
Senior
Yevgeniy Remennik led John Jay in kills with seven to go along with four digs and a game-high two service aces. Sophomore
Nicholas Anderson registered a team-high 21 assists, five digs, and one service ace. Sophomore
Jack Palleschi recorded six kills, three digs, and one service ace. Junior
Korede Griffith and senior
Oshea Alexander picked up six digs and five digs, respectively.
Francisco Miranda added a team-high six digs.
Hunter's Stanley Martinez finished with a game-high 12 kills and five blocks. Matthew Ng dished out a game-high 28 assists and Ben Crusinberry added nine kills.
The Bloodhounds continue their homestand at the Doghouse on Thursday, March 13, when they face Lehman College at 6:00pm.
