The women's volleyball team fell to Hunter College, 3-0 (25-8, 25-13, 25-20), on Tuesday evening at the Doghouse. The Bloodhounds fall to 1-8 and 0-3 in CUNYAC while the Hawks improve to 6-7 and 3-0 in CUNYAC.

Junior Latanya Buckham led John Jay with six kills, five service aces and four digs, while teammate Katherine Bonilla added 10 assists and three digs. Junior Perla Pozo collected seven digs on the night while Amanda Moreno added four digs.

The Bloodhounds hit the road on Thursday, September 18th for a conference match-up at Lehman College at 7pm.
