The men's basketball team fell to the College of Staten Island, 88-78, on Wednesday evening on the campus of CSI. The Bloodhounds drop to 3-17 on the year and 2-9 in the CUNY Athletic Conference. The Dolphins improve to 14-5 overall and 8-2 in CUNYAC.

John Jay went 28-for-72 (38.9%) from the floor and 7-for-19 (36.8%) from behind the arc. The Dolphins finished 31-for-56 (55.4%) from the field and 6-for-14 (42.9%) from three.
The Bloodhounds close out their road trip on Friday, January 30, when they travel to Hunter for a 7 p.m. conference game.
