The women's basketball team lost to Rutgers-Camden, 66-43, on Sunday afternoon in Camden, NJ. The Bloodhounds fall to 2-7 on the year. The Raptors improve to 5-4 overall. 

Senior Brianna Cunningham recorded her third double-double of the season with a game-high 16 points, on 6-of-9 shooting, a game-high 13 rebounds, a team-high two steals, and a team-high one block. Senior Terri Chu registered nine points and sophomore Victoria Royal grabbed nine rebounds. Junior Josephine Diaz dished out three assists and junior Cassandra Chery had six points. 

John Jay finished 14-for-45 (31.1%) from the field, 4-for-18 (22.2%) from behind the arc, and 11-for-15 (73.3%) from the free-throw line. 

The Bloodhounds will take off the next two weeks for finals until they travel to Hunter College on Saturday, January 2, for a conference match at 5:00 pm.
