The women's soccer team fell to Manhattanville College, 2-0, on Saturday afternoon in Purchase, NY. The Bloodhounds drop to 1-5-2 on the season. The Valiants improve to 2-4 overall. 

Manhattanville scored two goals within five minutes of each other early on in the first half. The Valiants outshot John Jay 13-2 in the half. Senior Andrea Antoni made six saves. 

The second half was quiet as neither team could find the back of the net. Antoni finished the match with 15 saves. Senior Katelyn Davis and sophomore Amy Samayoa had a shot each. 

The Bloodhounds host the College of Staten Island on Saturday, October 3, at 4:30 pm at Randall's Island.
