The women's volleyball team defeated St. Joseph's College Brooklyn, 3-1 (25-20, 19-25. 30-28, 25-11), in a back-and-forth match on Tuesday evening in Brooklyn, NY. The Bloodhounds are now one game back of .500 with a record of 10-11. The Bears fall to 10-11 overall.

Katrina Zapanta recorded her fourth double-double of the season with a game-high 37 assists, 11 digs, and three kills. Junior
Rachel Eng picked up her seventh double-double with a game-high and season-high 19 kills, 14 digs, and four service aces. Junior
Savannah Davis added a team-high 15 digs and freshman
Jhoanna Castro had eight kills. Senior
Jeanette Luna finished with four kills, four aces, and 12 digs. Sophomore
Nyla Lloyd-Clarke and freshman Mirialis Almanzar had five kills each. Senior
Bridgette Sarco notched eight digs and two aces.
John Jay totaled 46 kills, 41 assists, 14 service aces, and 62 digs.
The Bloodhounds' season finale is on Friday, October 28, when they travel Maritime College for a non-conference match at 7:00 pm.
