The rifle team went 2-1 this weekend at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The Bloodhounds shot a 2225 in air rifle and 2117 in smallbore. John Jay competed against MIT and Wentworth Institute of Technology. 

Sophomore Lily Graham led the team in air rifle with a score of 566. Seniors Angelica DeAraujo (558) and Ronald Kopec (557) finished close behind in second and third, respectively. Rounding out the top five were sophomore Ida Sato with a 544 and freshman Susana Sanchez with a 530. 

In smallbore, Graham once again led with a team-high of 558. Kopec recorded a 533 and freshman Marc Suda registered a 510. DeAraujo placed fourth (509) and Sato finished in fifth (483). 

The Bloodhounds travel to the United States Coast Guard Academy on Saturday, November 12, for a conference match.
