The men's volleyball team defeated City College (CCNY), 3-1 (25-13, 23-25, 25-17, 25-23), on Thursday evening at the Doghouse. The Bloodhounds improve to a 5-1 record and conference record. The Beavers drop to 2-8 overall and 2-4 in CUNYAC.

Alexander Santana recorded a season-high 11 kills, three digs, and a game-high two blocks. Senior
Jack Palleschi picked up a double-double with 11 kills, a game-high 22 digs, and one block. Senior
Nicholas Anderson registered a game-high 31 assists, four kills, three service aces, and eight digs. Sophomore
Gary Wu added 11 digs and junior
Francisco Miranda had five kills. Sophomore
Juan DeJesus finished with nine kills and 13 digs. Sophomore
Brandon Dolores and junior
Carmelo Cintron Jr. combined for four kills and 15 digs.
John Jay finished with 44 kills, 36 assists, 72 digs, seven service aces, and three blocks.
