The women's basketball team lost to City College, 77-55, on Wednesday evening at the Doghouse. The Bloodhounds drop to 2-18 overall and 1-10 in CUNYAC. The Beavers improve to 8-11 and 4-7 in conference play.

Cassandra Taylor led all scorers with a game-high 20 points to go along with four rebounds and four assists. Junior

Karen Rosario registered 10 points, six rebounds, and a game-high three blocks. Freshman
Uju Nwaigwe fell one point shy of a double-double with nine points and a team-high 11 rebounds. Senior

John Jay went 20-for-65 (30.8%) from the field, 7-for-30 (23.3%) from behind the arc, and 8-for-13 (61.5%) from the charity stripe.
