Box Score The #3 women's volleyball team swept #6 Lehman Lightning, 3-0 (25-7, 25-1, 25-10), in the CUNYAC Quarterfinals on Tuesday night at the Doghouse. With the win, the Bloodhounds improve to 17-11. The Lightning conclude their season at 7-22.

In the second set, John Jay took the first 21 points and eventually won, 25-1. That was the Bloodhounds' largest margin of victory in a set in program history.
John Jay totaled 39 kills, 29 assists, nine service aces, and 53 digs.
The Bloodhounds advance to the semifinals on Friday, November 3, at 4:00 pm at Hunter College. John Jay will face #2 Brooklyn College with the winner playing at 8:00 pm in the CUNYAC Finals.
