The women's basketball team fell to Brooklyn College, 77-38, on Friday evening in Brooklyn, NY. The Bloodhounds drop to 4-20 overall and 3-12 in the conference. The Bulldogs improve to 18-5 and 13-2 in CUNYAC.

Claire Prince scored a career-high and game-high 16 points to go along with six rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Senior

Shaliyah Ruiz grabbed a game-high 11 boards.
John Jay trailed 17-13 after the first quarter. Brooklyn used a 25-point second to lead 42-21 at the half. The Bloodhounds totaled 17 points in the second half.
John Jay went 14-for-53 (26.4%) from the floor, 3-for-18 (16.7%) from behind the arc, and 7-for-12 (58.3%) from the free throw line.
The Bloodhounds close out the regular season on Monday, February 13, at 5:30 pm at Baruch College.
