The men's basketball team fell to Baruch College, 59-49, in their season finale on Monday night at the ARC Arena. The Bloodhounds end the regular season at 10-15 overall and 8-8 in conference play. Baruch improves to 17-8 and 11-5 in CUNYAC.
Sophomore
Essien Epps fell one rebound shy of a double-double with a team-high 18 points, a team-high nine rebounds, and three steals. Freshman
Doug Levy recorded 10 points, eight boards, and a team-high three blocks. Senior
Geno Ware came off the bench to pick up seven rebounds. Junior
MiKing Richardson dished out a team-high five assists.
John Jay finished 17-for-58 (29.3%) from the field, 5-for-21 (23.8%) from behind the arc, and 10-for-13 (76.9%) from the charity stripe.
