The men's soccer team powered past Medgar Evers College, 8-1, on Saturday night at Aviator Field in Brooklyn, NY. The Bloodhounds improve to 4-6 on the season and 2-1 in CUNYAC play. The Cougars drop to 1-8 overall and 1-3 in the conference. 

Freshman Dilshod Baymatov notched his first collegiate hat trick. Sophomore Andrew DeCanio recorded two goals and a pair of assists. 

Junior Mark Shnadshteyn finished with two goals and junior James Haddad added a goal and an assist. 

The Bloodhounds host York College for a conference match on Wednesday, October 9, at 3:00 pm at Randall's Island Field 83.
