All'aha Albright led the Bloodhounds in scoring with a team-high 19 points and six rebounds. Senior
Nyasha Howard notched a double-double and fell four assists shy of a triple-double with 13 points, a game-high 10 rebounds, a game-high six assists, and a game-high four steals.
In her John Jay debut, sophomore
Jada Rencher finished with seven points and eight rebounds. Junior
Jessica Gorman added eight points and freshman
AriAna Pechin had a pair of assists in her collegiate debut.
John Jay finished 20-for-55 (36.4%) from the field, 5-for-12 (41.7%) from behind the arc, and 13-for-19 (68.4%) from the free-throw line.
The Bloodhounds travel to RPI on Wednesday, November 13, for a non-conference game at 5:00 pm.
