Baseball Loses Two at Mitchell College

The baseball team dropped a non-conference doubleheader, 18-3 and 19-3, against Mitchell College on Saturday afternoon in New London, CT. The Bloodhounds fall to 5-8 on the year. 

In game one, senior Zach Hyde finished 1-for-2 with a double, RBI, run scored, and a stolen base. Sophomores Philip Bellomo and Angel Curbelo each picked up a hit and RBI apiece. 

In game two, junior Danny Wynne recorded his first collegiate home run. Junior Sean Napier went 1-for-3 with an RBI. 

The Bloodhounds are back at it on Sunday, March 17, when they host the College of New Rochelle for a doubleheader starting at 11:00 am at Fordham University.
