The men's tennis team dropped a non-conference match to St. Joseph's College Long Island, 6-3, on Thursday afternoon in Patchogue, NY. The Bloodhounds fall to 2-5. The Golden Eagles improve to 3-5.
Freshmen
Ahror Muminov and
Terry Park got John Jay on the scoreboard after shutting out their opponents, 8-0. SJC Long Island held a 2-1 advantage after doubles.
In singles, Muminov came out with an 8-2 victory at number one and Park won at No. 3, 8-0.
The Bloodhounds face the College of Staten Island on Tuesday, April 16, at 4:00 pm at the USTA National Tennis Center in Flushing, NY.
